These terms apply when you buy a digital product from DigiStockHub, such as FreelancerOS. Questions: hello@digistockhub.com.
Our products are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the official seller (merchant of record). Lemon Squeezy takes your payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country, and sends your receipt. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Everything is digital. Straight after payment you get access to your files and links by email and on the order confirmation page. Notion templates are copied into your own free Notion account. If anything doesn't arrive, email us and we'll sort it out.
You can use the products for yourself and your own business, including with your clients. You can't resell, share, give away or republish the templates, guides or files, in original or edited form.
Set it up and give it a fair try. If it's not for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase, tell us briefly what didn't work, and we'll refund you in full. We use your feedback to improve our products.
Refunds are for genuine dissatisfaction. We may decline refund requests that look like abuse, for example repeated purchase-and-refund patterns.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, the 14-day EU right of withdrawal ends once you access your purchase. Our 14-day guarantee above applies anyway.
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
